We are currently looking for someone to join our world-class client support team as a full-time Support Analyst. Does solving technical problems bring you joy? What we look for:

  • The ability to take on a task from inception to completion with minimal direct supervision
  • Exceptional troubleshooting skills with a penchant for efficiently breaking down and solving complex issues
  • A team player mentality open to collaboration within the team and with other departments to solve difficult problems
  • Willingness to participate as a member of the on-call team on a rotating basis providing technical support as required
  • A quick and enthusiastic learner


Core Competencies:

  • Excellent internal and external communication skills via phone, email, and direct message
  • Basic to intermediate software/hardware troubleshooting skills
  • Experience configuring enterprise level software
  • Basic to intermediate MSSQL query knowledge
  • Strong Microsoft Windows Operating System knowledge
  • Basic Dos/Command Prompt and .bat skills
  • Ability to use available tools to report potential bugs, propose product enhancements, etc.
  • Time management and the skill to successfully manage multiple tasks/projects concurrently
