Job Title: Capsulation Machine Operator

Location: Livermore CA

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Machine Operations: Setting up, operating, and maintaining capsulation machines, ensuring they meet product specifications.
• Sanitation: Cleaning machines and equipment after each batch, maintaining a sanitary environment, and reporting any sanitation issues to supervisors.
• Quality Control: Conducting tests and inspections to ensure the quality of capsules, removing any defective items, and maintaining accurate production records.
• Production Support: Reading and following work orders, adjusting machine components, and transferring completed capsules to storage areas.

Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of production machinery.
• A commitment to safety and sanitation protocols.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to walk, kneel, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Proficiency in operating machinery.

Work Environment:

• A warehouse setting with varying temperatures and noise levels.
• Use of protective gear such as gloves, face masks, and uniforms.
