Job Description

A leading Bay Area law firm that has been around for more than 50 years if looking for an experienced transactional Real Estate Attorney to join their team. A great opportunity, the firm has a great reputation and attorneys do not leave. There is room for growth and mentorship in this role.

Position is mostly remote but the Attorney must be local to the Bay Area and able to occasionally go into the firm's San Francisco office. The team is seeking a real estate associate with 2 or more years' experience in commercial real estate transactions, including debt financing, development work, leasing, joint ventures, acquisitions and dispositions, and title and survey matters.

Candidates should have strong organizational and analytical skills, attention to detail, and an interest in learning. They should be able to collaborate with colleagues but also handle significant individual responsibilities. Successful candidates will have demonstrably superior legal writing skills and should possess exceptional academic credentials from nationally recognized law schools. Desired Skills and Experience
2+ years of transactional real estate experience
Active CA State Bar license
