Remote Estimator opportunity for candidates with experience in conceptual estimating for Industrial or Warehouse construction projects. You will be required to travel to sites across the country up to twice a month to carry out estimates on new business.

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for creating conceptual estimates for projects ranging from $1M to $5M.
• Travel to sites throughout the country in order to create accurate estimates
• Assist with vetting contractors in different locations

Qualifications

• Expertise in conceptual estimating for industrial or warehouse projects
• Ability to travel to projects up to twice a month to create conceptual estimates
• Strong client facing experience.
