Role: Director of Clinical Evidence Generation

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage clinical collaboration programs, fostering partnerships with academic institutions, oncology research groups, and large community practices.
• Oversee all aspects of clinical program management, including development of study protocols, contracts, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management, ensuring timely communication with the executive team.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, R&D, legal, lab operations) to streamline the planning and execution of clinical studies and partnerships.
• Perform other relevant duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in a scientific or medical field (PhD, PharmD, MD, DO, NP/PA, or equivalent).
• Proven leadership experience in clinical research and trials within the fields of genomics, diagnostics, oncology, or other medical disciplines.
• Preferred experience in CLIA-certified lab settings; industry experience in IVD, pharmaceuticals, biologics, or medical devices can partially substitute.
• Deep understanding of the US healthcare system and academic settings, with an ability to lead through complex, evolving business environments.
• Demonstrated ability to establish credibility with investigators and research partners.
• Balanced approach to scientific and business considerations in professional engagements.
• Desirable expertise in evidence-based medicine, applied biostatistics, and health economics.
• Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple concurrent projects and effective communication at all company levels.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including presentations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
