The firm has a varied litigation practice representing public entities in Federal and State Courts. Areas of concentration include civil defense litigation, municipal and government law. Candidates should have strong research and writing skills and be able to work in a collegial environment. Judicial clerkship preferred. Ability to handle litigation matters from inception of case through resolution, including legal research, drafting pleadings, discovery, depositions, court appearances and motion practice preferred.
