Job Title: Operator - Associate Technician Production Operations (O2)

Duration: 12 months
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience working with automated machinery, production equipment, and filling lines, preferably in the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will possess excellent troubleshooting skills, familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and the ability to work effectively in a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain automated systems and machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Perform calibration and minor adjustments during operations to prevent downtime.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety protocols, and GMP regulations.
• Document production activities clearly and accurately.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and objectives.
• Identify and address potential issues proactively.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements:
Technical Skills:

• Experience with filling lines, production equipment, or automated machinery.
• Familiarity with GMP or other regulated environments.
• Ability to operate, troubleshoot, and maintain automated systems.
• Experience working with quality standards and safety protocols.

Soft Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and proactive approach.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Flexibility to work night shifts and overtime as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or a similar industry.
• Experience working in efficiency-focused roles (packaging, assembly, filling lines).
• Availability to work night shifts and overtime, including Saturdays.
