Job title :: Operator I - 2nd Shift

Pay Rate :: 16.70 $/HR (max)

Location :: Liberty, SC 29657 (ONSITE)

Duration :: Long Term Contract

Shift Timing :: Mon – Thurs (5:30PM-3:30AM (4X10 hour shifts) )

Overtime :: As required

Responsibilities:

• Assemble, repair, and test pacemakers, defibrillators, leads, and related devices under supervision.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date job documentation for manufacturing operations.
• Communicate effectively with management and participate in internal/external customer interactions.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and utilize appropriate safety equipment.
• Maintain accurate records for traceability and quality assurance.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes and achieve quality metrics.
• Collaborate with supervisors to monitor individual and team performance metrics.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Familiarity with electronic data systems and computer software.
• Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle small components.
• Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles.
