We are currently seeking a talented and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our vibrant team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Job Posting & Description Writing: Craft engaging job descriptions and job postings tailored to attract top talent. Ensure all postings are accurate and updated regularly.
- Candidate Sourcing & Screening: Leverage your network and recruitment expertise to source and screen candidates. A strong network in related fields is essential.
- Interview Coordination: Conduct preliminary phone interviews and coordinate in-person or virtual interviews. Work with candidates and clients to ensure a smooth interview process.
- Background Checks & Offer Management: Oversee the background check process, including criminal, credit, and reference checks. Handle offer letters and follow up with candidates post-interview.
- Client & Candidate Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for both clients and candidates, delivering an end-to-end, red-carpet recruitment experience.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain organized reports on recruitment activities and support team operations to ensure client satisfaction.
Position Details:
- Location: Four days a week in-office, with potential for flexible or hybrid work options.
- Business Development: This role includes business development responsibilities.
- Bilingualism: Fluent French and English (spoken and written) are required.

Qualifications:
- Post-secondary degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fully bilingual in French and English (both written and spoken).
- 2-3 years of recruitment experience, ideally with a strong emphasis on direct sourcing.
- Experience in an agency setting is a plus.
- Background in IT and/or Accounting recruitment is an asset.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities effectively.
