SRG London is recruiting for a Confidential Law clerk/ Legal Administrative Assistant on behalf of a valued client in London, ON.
The Legal Administrator will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of company contracts, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory standards. This is a heavily administrative role.

Key Responsibilities: (Not limited to )
- Draft, review, and edit contracts, and related documents to ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and legal requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of all contracts, including amendments, renewals, and terminations, while ensuring timely execution and fulfillment of contract obligations.
- Identify potential risks or breaches, and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with the legal department, procurement team, project managers, and other stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates to management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of legal administration experience
- Post-secondary diploma in Law Clerk studies (2-year program) or equivalent education.
- Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems is preferred.
