Are you motivated by the field of aircraft maintenance and eager to play a key role in managing aircraft airworthiness? As an MCC Coordinator, you will provide essential support to the MCC Supervisor by ensuring quick responsiveness to technical unforeseen events and coordinating maintenance operations.
Responsibilities:
- Continuous monitoring of aircraft airworthiness in support of the MCC Supervisor, ensuring rapid responsiveness to technical unforeseen events.
- Coordination of maintenance operations to minimize the impact of breakdowns and delays on flights, in conjunction with maintenance and flight management teams.
- Documentation and management of Minimum Equipment Lists (MEL) for each aircraft, adhering to safety directives.
Core Tasks:
- Monitor aircraft maintenance indicators in the RAAS and FDS systems, checking critical deadlines and missing parts.
- Organize urgent maintenance actions and track critical parts in coordination with suppliers and maintenance personnel.
- Prepare and send maintenance reports to ensure complete documentation of technical interventions.
- Participate in OCC and MCC meetings to relay information about fleet status and corrective maintenance needs.
Core Competencies:
- Excellent communication and coordination skills;
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure;
- Organizational skills to ensure proper tracking of maintenance operations;
- Holding an M2 license is a strong asset.
Requirements:
- Experience in the field of aircraft maintenance or operations management;
- Knowledge of maintenance and airworthiness procedures for aircraft;
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
