Your main responsibilities:
- Identify and adjust aircraft system structural systems to specifications, technical drawings, manuals and other procedures;
- Repair and revise aircraft structural systems, manufacture, assembly and machining of aluminum and composite parts;
- Perform routine maintenance and reporting;
- Inform the supervisor of irregularities in work tasks;
- Ensure that the work is performed in accordance with Nolinor Aviation's quality standards, policies and procedures and applicable regulations;
- Work closely with colleagues and supervisors to ensure that the work is delivered on schedule;
- Ensure that the workplace is clean and safe at all times;
- Promote the quality management system and provide suggestions for improvement;
- Adhere to and implement safety policies;
- Perform other related duties.
You’re the ideal candidate if:
- You have a DEP in the assembly of aerospace structures and 1-3 of relevant experience (nice to have);
- You must be able to understand and work from technical drawings as well as other written instructions or design specifications;
- You have mathematical and analytical skills, as well as the ability to be accurate at a high level of quality and predictability;
- You have familiarity with a variety of pneumatic, manual and sheet-metal tools;
- Excellent judgment, attention to details;
- Proficiency in French, both spoken and written;
- Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written, to read manuals.
