As HR Partner - Talent Attraction at Groupe Desgagnés, you'll be much more than just a recruiter. I'm looking for an ally with whom to share ideas, take on challenges and meet the recruitment needs of our various business units.

Specifically, the HR-Talent Attractions Partner's main responsibilities are to:
Recruitment
- Manage recruitment from A to Z (opening terms of reference, job descriptions, needs analysis, salary analysis, candidate selection, presentation of offers, etc.)
- Collaborate and support managers in identifying their needs, defining the desired profile and selecting candidates
- Make recommendations on remuneration and conditions of employment, and negotiate these with candidates
- Optimize recruitment processes to ensure fast, efficient selection, perfectly aligned with corporate values
- Working closely with external partners
- Stay up to date with employment market trends , particularly in the marine sector, to propose innovative strategies that position Desgagnés as an employer of choice
- Ensure effective induction and integration of new employees
HR projects
Support and collaborate in the implementation of HR projects of all kinds:
- Improve HR processes
- Support teams and their managers
- Participate in organizational development projects
- Participate in the development of tools for recruitment , HR marketing, etc.
- Participate in job fairs and exhibitions

Skills required
- Minimum 5 to 7 years' relevant experience in a generalist HR partner role (with a recruitment component), ideally acquired within a company in the industrial, manufacturing, maritime, rail or air transport sectors. However, if you've worked in another sector, I'm also interested in your application.
- University degree (1er or 2e cycle) in a discipline related to human resources management or industrial relations.
- Be able to support managers and their teams
- Member of the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés (CRIA or CRHA) (an asset)
- Excellent command of French and for English, I expect you to be able to conduct an interview in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite software (a requirement) and experience working in a SharePoint environment (an asset)
