Autonomy : You'll have the freedom to propose, test and implement initiatives. Here, your point of view is important, and your creativity will be encouraged.
Why join us at Desgagnés?

A stimulating and friendly environment : Our team is dynamic, caring and always ready to exchange ideas in a good mood. We like to work seriously, but without taking ourselves too seriously.
Various HR projects : We're in the midst of a major HR transformation, and you'll have a key role to play in structuring and professionalizing our practices.
