Duties expected to perform: Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and vitals Coordinating schedules for residents requiring rehabilitation therapy Receiving and escorting visitors Orienting and mentoring new nursing assistants Maintaining linens, supplies, and equipment Responsible for acquiring all medication refills that are ordered by MD, and dispersing them to the different locations according to policy and procedure. Assuring all medical documentation is in place for compliance and safety of patient care. Making all outside appointments for patients as well as referrals for psychiatry and medical Ensuring patients receive all scheduled and PRN medications. Develops and maintains effective relationships through effective and timely communication.
