What we're looking for in a Certified Medication Aide
n
n- A high school diploma or GED.
n- Oklahoma Nurse Aide Certification with no abuse notations.
n- Understanding of the nursing process, coupled with strong clinical skills in medication administration and treatment performance, will be essential in delivering top-notch care to our residents.
n- Proficiency in infection control procedures is a must, while any experience working with the elderly will be advantageous.
n- Being able to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing, is crucial for building rapport with residents and collaborating with the healthcare team.
