Job Summary We are seeking Industrial Maintenance Technicians to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be maintaining, repairing industrial converting, and corrugating equipment to minimize downtime.
Key Responsibilities - Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
- Maintain and optimize equipment performance
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment, including programmable controllers, A/C and D/C drives
- Plan, schedule, and assign maintenance work
- Use maintenance software programs effectively
- Train other maintenance staff
- Ensure quality control and maximize equipment utilization
- Complete required paperwork accurately and on time
- Maintain good housekeeping in work areas
- Comply with all company policies and procedures
Qualifications Required - High school diploma or GED
- Demonstrated Class B qualifications
- Personal tools necessary for maintenance tasks
Preferred - Experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician in the Corrugated industry
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with industrial tools and equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload
Skills - Language : Ability to read and follow instructions on factory masters
- Mathematical :
- Proficient with tape measure
- Calculate percentages, measurements, volume, and rates
- Apply high school math concepts
- Reasoning :
- Apply common sense to carry out instructions
- Problem-solving skills for standardized situations
- Technical :
- Knowledge of equipment design and capabilities
- Understanding of product layouts and production specifications
- Familiarity with quality standards
Physical Demands - Regularly stand, walk, talk, and hear
- Frequently use hands, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Occasionally sit
- Lift to 50 pounds regularly, up to 100 pounds occasionally
