Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the full cycle recruitment process and on boarding
• Employee relations and formalizing performance managements
• Handle general HR inquiries and payroll for 50+ Employees
• Knowledgeable of ESA standard legislation
• Maintain accurate employee HR records and documents in HRIS
• Ad hoc HR duties when required

Requirements:

• 4-5 years of HR experience in a stand alone HR role.
• Knowledge of Employment standards and other applicable legislation
• CHRP preferred but not mandatory
• Attention to detail
• ability to work in a fast paced environment with multiple demands
