Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the full cycle recruitment process and on boarding
- Employee relations and formalizing performance managements
- Handle general HR inquiries and payroll for 50+ Employees
- Knowledgeable of ESA standard legislation
- Maintain accurate employee HR records and documents in HRIS
- Ad hoc HR duties when required
Requirements:
- 4-5 years of HR experience in a stand alone HR role.
- Knowledge of Employment standards and other applicable legislation
- CHRP preferred but not mandatory
- Attention to detail
- ability to work in a fast paced environment with multiple demands
