Description Hanover Foods is seeking a highly motivated individual to of our HR department. This individual will help digitize and organize , as well as assisting the Human Resources Department as needed. Duties: - Helping the HR team in all administrative areas.
- HR Filing
- HR Documents - digitize personnel files
- 401k Documents - digitize files
- Performs other related tasked as assigned by the HR Team.
Requirements Requirements: Strong customer service skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Basic knowledge of federal and state HR laws and regulations.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Able to perform multiple tasks and assignments.
Ability to establish credibility and be action oriented.
Requires basic skills using Microsoft applications as well as HR software (HRIS; Applicant Tracking Systems) to create, maintain and run reports.
Must be able to handle information with confidentiality.
Must work well with others as well as independently.
