Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for verifying site is ready for installation
nCollect and process material shortages
nReview and coordinate/correct stone, stainless and millwork installation issues that arise from unforeseen site conditions
nVisits job site to coordinate and confirm deliveries with GC and subcontractor
nAttend weekly subcontractor coordination meetings
nSchedule with subcontractors to complete scope on schedule
nIdentify and assist in resolving potential installation issues
nResponsible for following up on and communicating field progress to ensure on-time completion
nAttend safety meetings as required to facilitate field work
nResponsible for ongoing QAQC of all field work
nResponsible for the coordination and completion of internal and general contractor driven punch items.

Qualifications:

Ability to read blueprints and a tape measure
nComputer literate
nInstallation experience preferred
nManagement experience preferred
nCorrect operation of all measuring tools and devices
nMust be able to fluently speak, read, and write English.
