Job Description

• To provide planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, prevention, and evaluation.n
• Direct the day to day activities of the nursing assistantsn
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by physician and perform other drug administration.n
• Communicate changes in patient clinical condition with physician, nursing supervisor and familyn
• Complete required record keeping upon residents admission, discharge, transfer; chart and document per facility policyn

• Customer service orientatedn
• A Licensed Practical Nurse- LPN, LPN Nurse, LVN, New Grad LPN, Nursing student n
• Experienced in long-term care preferredn
• Able to communicate well in both verbal and written formsn
• Committed to interacting professionally and with care toward residents, families, and other staff

Requirements

• You love working with people and handle everyday challenges with a smile!n
• Graduate or Future Graduate from an accredited nursing programn
• Hold a Current State License as a Licensed Practical Nursen
• Able to communicate well in both verbal and written formsn
• Have a minimum of 1 year experience as an LPN in a long term care settingn
• A natural problem solvern
• Are committed to interacting professionally and with care toward residents, families, and other staff
