Job Description n - To provide planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, prevention, and evaluation.n
- Direct the day to day activities of the nursing assistantsn
- Prepare and administer medications as ordered by physician and perform other drug administration.n
- Communicate changes in patient clinical condition with physician, nursing supervisor and familyn
- Complete required record keeping upon residents admission, discharge, transfer; chart and document per facility policyn

- A Licensed Practical Nurse- LPN, LPN Nurse, LVN, New Grad LPN, Nursing student n
- Experienced in long-term care preferredn
- Able to communicate well in both verbal and written formsn
- Committed to interacting professionally and with care toward residents, families, and other staffn
Requirements
You love working with people and handle everyday challenges with a smile! - Graduate or Future Graduate from an accredited nursing programn
- Hold a Current State License as a Licensed Practical Nursen
- Able to communicate well in both verbal and written formsn
- Have a minimum of 1 year experience as an LPN in a long term care settingn

- Are committed to interacting professionally and with care toward residents, families, and other staffn
