Oncology Nurse Navigators to join their team!n
Salary/Hourly Rate:
n $39.90/hrn
Position Overview:
n The Oncology Nurse Navigators will provide triage, support, and education to members during their cancer journey via phone, email, and video.n
Responsibilities of the Oncology Nurse Navigators:
n
n - The Oncology Nurse Navigators will establish trusting relationships with members and their care network.
n - Support members throughout their cancer care journey, including screening, survivorship, and end-of-life care.
n - Assist members with care coordination, symptom management, nutritional support, discharge planning, and provider referrals.
n - Assist with urgent clinical escalations and provide clinical consultative support.
n
n
Qualifications for the Oncology Nurse Navigators:
n
n - Possess OCN and CCM.
n - Must possess compact licensure and/or licensure in MI, NY, CA or IL
n - Must have recent oncology navigation or oncology case management experience.
n - Minimum 5 years of nursing experience, including 3 years in solid tumor oncology nursing.

Education Requirements:
n
n - Bachelor of Science in Nursing is required.
