Job Description
Job Title: Cath Lab Technologist
Location: Newton, NJ
Duration: 3 Months+ (Possible Extension)
Schedule: 4 days/9.5-hour shift | 7 AM - 5 PM with rotational weekend and weekday
Referral Bonus on each successful referral
STIPEND IS ALSO PROVIDED TO THE CANDIDATE LIVING MORE THAN 50 MILES FROM CLIENT'S FACILITY.
Duties:
  • Prepare and prep for cardiac caths, PCI (STEMI) and other procedures such as peripheral vascular, pacemaker, interventional radiology procedures, etc.
  • Able to monitor, document and calculate hemodynamic data.
  • Provide procedural assistance to physician, pre, intra and post procedure.
  • Assess and manage access site and inform physician.
  • Adhere to on call protocol for Cath lab
  • Prepare patient for procedures.

Requirements:
  • ACLS
  • BLS
  • Radiologic Technologist
  • Licensed Radiologic Technologist
  • RCIS certification preferred
  • BLS, ACLS & IABP experience required
  • Cardiac Cath lab experience required
