JOB REQUIREMENTS: POSITION SUMMARYWe are looking for a Total Rewards Intern for our Summer 2025 internship program! The Total Rewards Intern will support the Total Rewards team and will work on projects related to compensation, HRIS, benefits and wellness. The internship will be located at U.S. Venture's corporate office in Appleton, WI JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Assist with updating job descriptions, market evaluations and job profile creation Assist with recognition programs Audit and validate team member data Assist in updating and creating Total Rewards communications and policy revisions Assist with coordination of wellness, vendors, and health fairs/events Participate in various Total Rewards projects QUALIFICATIONS Working toward a degree in Human Resources, Compensation, or related field Organized and accurate in their work Ability to recognize opportunities for new, creative, and innovative solutions Proficiency in oral and written communication, including proper use of English, grammar and punctuation in business correspondence Ability to juggle multiple priorities while producing excellent work results Ability to professionally network with peers and team members U.S. Venture requires that a team member have and maintain authorization to work in the country in which the role is based.
