The HRIS Analyst leverages technology to support Human Resource Information to research, analyze and maintain all systems and applications.nnPRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITES 1. Performs data extraction, manipulation, and analysis. 2. Functions as analytics and reporting analyst for the HR functions by developing standard reports and designing, running, and maintaining ad hoc queries. 3. Provides support to other team members on how best to pull information and leverage the HR platform. 4. Brings forth ideas and suggestions for report content, selection and report formats based on how data will be used. 5. Prepares various reports for all levels of the organization on topics such as employment status, turnover, demographic information, performance reviews and job analysis. 6. Defines and catalog reporting elements and ensures data quality and consistency in all deliverables. 7. Develops a full and detailed understanding of all HR data available across the IDN, which includes all systems involved in data maintenance. 8. Responsible for system security, using systems knowledge to keep data secure and organized based on approved security model. 9. Assists with HRIS projects, testing and system configurations: responsibilities include test scripts development and execution, testing resources coordination and test completion metrics compilation. 10. Manages and aids with ACA, end of year processing and payroll system accountabilities. 11. Supports all HRIS systems (needs analysis, research, design, testing, quality control, deployment, training, and administration) and human resources end users in the use of HRIS applications and desktop tools (recruitment, personnel performance evaluation, and document management systems and software). 12. Eager to learn and implement new systems, processes and configure analytic dashboards for organizational wide use. 13.
