Our work depends on a Program Analyst joining our team to provide analytical support and data-driven insights to ensure project installation success.nnHOW A PROGRAM ANALYST WILL MAKE AN IMPACTnnWe are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual. This is a technical position requiring extreme attention to detail coupled with the ability to maintain a focus on multiple data points and developments.nnExamples of the tasks you can expect to complete regularly as a Program Analyst:nnPerform complex administrative and analytical tasks in support of a contract program.nnWork closely with customer stakeholders and multiple internal teams collaborating to develop actionable insights regarding project goals, progress, and implementation.nnParticipate in the development of project plans and timelines.nnTrack project progress utilizing Earned Value Management (EVM) and update project documentation.nnConduct data analysis and create reports to help program managers make informed decisions.nnIdentify risks and issues that may affect project success and propose mitigation strategies.nnMonitor project budgets and resource allocation.nnAttend project status meetings and provide updates to project stakeholders.nnIdentify areas for process improvement and make recommendations for change.nnReview and evaluate project deliverables to ensure they meet project requirements.nnParticipate in special projects, as required.nnWHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:nnEducation: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience.nnRequired Experience: 2+ years of related finance or business analysis experience.nnExperience with Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills.nnStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments and levels of an organization.nnStrong organization skills and focus on accuracy and consistency.nnStrong time management skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities and clients.nnLocation: Chesapeake, VAnnUS Citizenship RequirednnThe likely salary range for this position is $60,549 - $77,050. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
