Job Description:nnThe Program Associate provides administrative data coordination and support to the Office of Alumni Relations by assisting with the implementation of the department’s Engagement pillar. This includes direct support involving Phenix data input, analysis, management, and reporting. The Associate also provides support for volunteer training and the use of digital resources to facilitate alumni communications, connections, and event management.
