The Therapeutic Coaching Team Lead will be responsible for providing direct supervision to a team of Coordinators and working collaboratively on building and developing an effective START PLAN for the people being supported.nnOther primary responsibilities may include:nnProvide administrative supervision to START Coordinators and daily clinical triage supportnnMaintain linkages and relationships with community partnersnnEnsure the coordination of support meetings and crisis plans for individuals served through STARTnnShare on-call responsibilities to ensure 24/7 response to crisis situations within one hour of call telephonically and within 24 hours of call face-to-facennParticipate in recurring meetings with START leadership, clinical team, and Resource CenternnDevelopment of cross-systems crisis plans, intake/assessments, intervention and outcomes and any other applicable documentation of services providednnMaintain a small, active caseload (about 5 cases) until START Coordinator Certification is achievednnFollowing certification, team leader caseload should be fluid and temporary to provide opportunity to support START Coordinators when needednnQualifications:nnMA in Mental Health, Psychology, Counseling, Social Work or other Human Service fieldnnAt least 2 yrs experience working with individuals with I/DD and mental health and/or challenging behavior needs preferrednnOne year supervisory experience strongly encouragednnPrior experience as a START Coordinator preferred or the ability to become certified within 12 monthsnnCompensation:nn$65,000.00 annuallynnFor more information about the YAI Network, please visit our website at Equal Opportunity Employer All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, or status as a Vietnam or disabled veteran.
