Job Title: Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) - Float Pool

Description:
Join our Float Pool team as a Telemetry RN, responsible for cardiac monitoring, cardiac drips, and interpreting telemetry strips. As a float nurse, you'll provide care across various Med/Surg telemetry areas, ensuring patients receive consistent and high-quality care.
- Responsibilities:
- Cardiac monitoring and administration of cardiac drips.
- Reading and interpreting telemetry strips every 4 hours.
- TR Band experience.
- Clinician to Patient Ratio:
- Up to 5:1 during days and evenings.
- Up to 6:1 during nights.
- Patient Population:
- Care for emergency department border patients.
- Serve as a medication nurse in the acute mental health unit.
- Care for non-vented patients ready for transfer in the ICU.
- Additional Information:
- Experience with EPIC, Omnicell, Kronos charting systems is preferred.
- Extensive floating required across different units with varying bed counts and census.
