- Valid NJ Occupational Therapy State licensure
- Minimum one (1) year of experience
- Nursing care facility with geriatric patients preferred
- Valid NJ Drivers License
- Covid vaccination documentation will be requested for reporting purposes
- Flu vaccination required or receive medical exemption prior to employment

Parker Rehab at Home Services (Home-Based) Parker offers Rehabilitation Services - Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy - in the comfort of one's home. We provide high quality, one-on-one individualized therapy sessions with the highest clinical outcomes for our participants. Program participants benefit from services offered in their own home by our dedicated care partners who are committed to meeting their needs. Mileage, cell phone reimbursement, and travel time to visits are additional and covered per Parker's guidelines.
