Licensed Practical Nurse - Monroe - Per diem - $36.00 hourly rate - The areas highest quality nursing care residence providing a warm and compassionate environment in a state-of-the-art-community - 4 shifts per month as needed including weekends - The Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible for providing high quality nursing care to residents according to their individual needs, including medication supervision, health monitoring, assessing physical and mental capacity and developing individualized care plans.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • Must possess current AHA CPR Certificate.
  • Current, unencumbered license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in New Jersey.
  • IV Certification, preferred
  • Experience in a long-term care setting, preferred
  • Ability to read, write, and be understood in the English language
  • Flu vaccine required or receive a medical exemption prior to employment.
  • Covid-19 vaccination documentation will be requested for reporting purposes.

As a pioneer in the field of aging service, our Monroe Township residence is the result of decades of research and over a century of experience. Parker at Monroe provides nursing and memory care services to individuals with all stages of dementias, who may also have complex physical needs. The campus consists of six "small homes"; sixteen elders with similar needs reside in each small home.
