Eliot is known for our innovative clinical approach, high quality clinical training and for having the most talented people in community behavioral health services.nnResponsibilities:nnProvide support to all staff members in assessing clinical crisis, the changing needs of Persons and intervening to assist Persons on a daily basis. Provide daily clinical training and direction to all staff members in order to best respond to Person needs.nnObserve and evaluation persons to identify conditions and needs as assigned and work with Team to determine appropriate course of action to support person.nnAct as a resource to provide support and education to persons served, their families and other supports, about the persons condition and needs.nnEnsure communication within the Team regarding persons conditions as well as with outside supports including medical services, psychiatric services, Care Coordination Entities, family members and any other providers/individuals involved in persons care as warranted and assigned.nnEnsure that all services provided are culturally and linguistically appropriate.
