Occupational Therapists are primarily responsible for planning, organizing, developing, and directing Occupational Therapy services in accordance with current applicable federal and state standards, guidelines, and regulations. To ensure the highest quality of resident care can be maintained. Occupational Therapists must be able to evaluate a patient’s condition and devise a customized rehabilitation and treatment plan.
