Job Responsibilities: What you will do
Recruit, screen, interview and hire qualified Driver applicants to improve Driver retention and safety standards.
Interview, gather, and analyze information skillfully to obtain a complete application and pre-qualify applicants.
Inform potential applicants about facilities, operations, benefits, pay, and specialty and dedicated opportunities.
Read, review, and understand both MVRs and DAC Reports.

Qualifications: What you need to bring
1+ year recruiting experience or equivalent required.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Must be self-motivated.
Must possess excellent communication skills.
Must have good attention to detail.
Must be able to multi-task.
