Title: Customer Service I
Duration: 6 Months
Location: Livermore, CA, 94550

Shift Timings: Must be flexible between 5am-5pm PST
Job Overview
:
The Enrollment Services role is to assist customers through the enrollment process. As the primary point of contact, the associate will guide customers from account initiation to reviewing costs and service details, ultimately ensuring the customer is trained and becomes an active participant in the program.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist customers through the enrollment process from start to finish.
  • Review and explain costs, service details, and the enrollment process to customers.
  • Ensure customers are properly trained and transitioned to active status.
  • Provide ongoing support and act as customers' primary point of contact throughout their enrollment journey.
  • Work directly with customers via phone and other communication channels.
  • Accurately document and retain customer information.
  • Follow up on customer inquiries and assist with any issues during the enrollment process.

Qualifications :

  • Previous customer service experience is required.
  • Experience in benefits or enrollment is a plus.
  • Ability to quickly learn and retain information.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Strong multitasking abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Must have reliable attendance.
  • Can use multiple operating environments (Windows, DOS, Mainframe). Previous experience may be required.
