Additionally, candidates should have a full understanding of concepts and best practices related to diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging and a demonstrated ability to present relevant topics to various audiences.nnMinimally requires a Bachelor's degree or higher plus six or more years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field preferred. Candidates must demonstrate excellent judgment, strong organizational skills, strong writing skills and effective investigative techniques, along with a high level of personal/professional ethics and an ability to maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality.
