Qualifications:
- Internal medicine and family medicine candidates are eligible. Candidates must be board-certified or eligible with the expectation of obtaining certification.

Practice in the Heart of the Community Flexible Scheduling:
- This role primarily involves night coverage, offering flexibility and a distinct work schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will work in an open ICU environment, though no procedures are required.
- During night coverage, you will be responsible for central line placement, ventilator management, and intubations.
- The role utilizes Epic EMR, with access to Sound Physicians' internal informatics platform for seamless patient management.

- Compensation: Compensation is based on the number of shifts worked. On average, our physicians earn a base salary ranging from $316K to $330K, with a regular rotation of day and night shifts.
