Skills Required of the Urgent Care NP / PA Opportunity:

• Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Valid state licensure in the state of CA or ability to obtain
• Previous experience in urgent care or emergency medicine preferred
• Proficiency in performing minor procedures such as suturing, wound care, and splinting
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
• Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care
