Our client in North Indiana is in need of a Perm Family Medicine physician for full time coverage!

Job Details:

• Dates Needed: As soon as credentialing is complete
  
• Patient population: Pediatric through Geriatric
• Procedures: Primarily responsible to assess, evaluate and treat patients in the hospital/medical office setting, under the supervision and collaboration of a physician, by using advanced knowledge and skill to identify abnormal conditions, diagnose health problems, develop and implement treatment plans, evaluate patient outcomes, and collaborate with or refer to a physician in the hospital/medical practice for further care management.
  
• Open to H-1B and J-1 visa candidates

Job Requirements:

• Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) or Board Certified in Family Medicine
  
• IN license (or willing to obtain)
• BLS, ACLS (or willing to obtain)
  
• DEA (or willing to obtain)
• COVID-vaccination
  

What Greenstaff Medical US has to offer:

• Starting salary range: $240,000-$260,000 + production
