Job details:

• Start 10/28 - ongoing
• Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays 7:30-5:30
• Setting: Outpatient Clinic
• Duties: Family Practice
• Days per month: 20
• Required Procedures: toenail removals, lesion removals, Pap Smears, Joint injections. (negotiable)
• EMR: Cerner
• Support Staff: Medical Assistant/Triage RN/Front Office Staff/Clinic Manager
• Reason for Coverage: Provider retirement

Job Requirements:

• Board Certified Family Medicine - Required
• AZ license Required
• Fellowship - Required
• BLS and DEA - Required
