Junior MerchantnnWork Mode: HybridnnOpportunitynnUnder general supervision, the Junior Merchant is responsible for providing comprehensive and detailed support in the execution of category sales and site merchandising execution. This would involve assisting in managing the development, coordination, and implementation of merchandising, marketing plans, strategies, promotions, and programs for the assigned consumer website. Will have Financial Planning & Forecasting ownership related to specific sales programs.nnSpecific Responsibilitiesnn•Deliver Ecommerce Sales plans, Monthly Forecast Updates for assigned categories and/or programs.nn•Drive results through Cross Functional Partnerships, with a proven track record of results.nn•Understand Digital Marketing Levers and channels that drive digital sales, while observing the boundaries of our brand guidelinesnn•Supports website merchandising for Consumers to grow Key Performance Indicators, ultimately driving a better experience and optimal sales performance. Identify customer needs and business opportunities within the channel. Focus on continuous improvement of website.nn•Develop Strategy under limited supervision, communicate action plans for carrying out business objectives for your categories or overall site metric goals.nn•Be a leader in cross functional alignment and collaboration, exceeding expectations in communication on project updates as well as guiding projects with business units to support the website sales initiativesnn•Provide timely support to cross functional partners, internal & external.nn•Demonstrate Ownership in following competencies: Leadership, Driving Continuous Improvement, High Standards of Performance, Teamwork, Communication, Focus on Consumer/Voice of Consumernn•Work with Analytics team to stay on top of where site is functioning well and identifying merchandising opportunities where customers are bouncing.nn•Manage and deliver reporting on site performance and actions to key stakeholdersnn•Partner with agile production teams as a stakeholder, assessing enhancement value and establishing customer requirements.nn•Order Management and Fraud System management support as needed.nn•Additional responsibilities as needed/defined.nnSkills/Requirementsnn•Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or a bachelor’s degree with a recent career focus on eCommerce Merchandising & Marketing.nn•Previous Experience in eCommerce, with some level of platform knowledge.nn•2 to 4 years of prior experience in eCommerce Merchandising & Digital Marketing desired.nn•Experience in Financial Forecasting/Planning as well as Web Analytics tools.nn•Experience in Microsoft Excel.nn•Ability to communicate complex issues clearly and effectively.nn•Proven ability to establish relationships, trust and credibility and follow through on decisions.nnApplicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.nnThe salary range for this position is $59,250 - $74,050. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.
