- Dates: January 2025-Ongoing
- Scheudle: 7 to 10 days, call only, each month. Can be flexible with dates. We have one employed provider that is required to cover 10 days each month and is willing to work around locum availability.

- Beds: 25 Med Surge 7 ICU
- inpatient and outpatient
- MA's: 1
- PA's: 1
- EMR: Medhost
- Time to credential: 20 days
- NV license or IMLC required
- PALS, NRP required
