We are seeking a skilled and motivated Labor & Employment Attorney to join our dynamic team in Philadelphia, PA.


Job Description:

We are looking for a Labor & Employment Attorney with at least 1 year of experience. This is an exceptional opportunity to work closely with a team of dedicated professionals and contribute to high-impact cases within a supportive and dynamic environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in labor and employment litigation, including discrimination, wrongful termination, wage and hour disputes, and other employment-related matters.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and discovery.
  • Manage case files and ensure all documents are organized and filed correctly.
  • Assist in the preparation for depositions, hearings, and trials.
  • Communicate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all case-related activities.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to develop case strategies.


Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active member of the Pennsylvania State Bar.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in labor and employment law.
  • Strong research, writing, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using legal research and case management software.
