Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Junior Attorney with 1-2 years of experience or a strong interest in plaintiffs' litigation to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow within the firm. Initially, you will work closely with one of our top litigators, and over time, you'll have the ability to handle your own docket of cases.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing litigation cases from inception through trial.
• Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and discovery.
• Work closely with senior attorneys to develop litigation strategies.
• Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations.
• Communicate effectively with clients and opposing counsel.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in California.
• 1-2 years of experience in litigation or a strong desire to enter plaintiffs' litigation.
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently.

• Pay is Based on Experience (BOE)
