What you will do
The Plant Manager is responsible for leading one of our manufacturing plants, ensure the safety of our employees, quality and service levels for our customer, drive the Lean Transformation and achieving the P&L targets.
The incumbent will be responsible for aligning the people, processes, measurements and efforts across assigned plant with the primary focus areas of safety, delivery, quality and cost.
The incumbent is also fully accountable for creating an inclusive and positive organizational culture while developing a strong bench of leader talent and the pipeline below that is prepared to take on larger assignments is diverse in representation, background/experience and thought.
How you will do it
- Develop and implement action plans and procedures within to achieve Financial Plan Revenue and Gross Margin.
- Develop and implement operational capacity to achieve and sustain annual growth according to Business Plan.
- Lead Operation capacity and stability based on JCMS cultural change and proper use of ADTI Best Business Practices, including any specific actions and/or policy required to continually improve the enterprise health.
- Top Leader of Transformation Projects in supply chain with extensive use of own and central resources to identify Continuous Improvement Projects and fully achieve established targets in CI Trac and Wave.
- Implementation of HPTs and other development & communication best practices focus to maximize team leadership and engagement.
- Implement S&OP, Master Scheduling and One Piece Flow Best Practices to improve lead times and efficiency while reducing inventory.
- Lead by example using ADTI Integrity Values always focus on Customer Satisfaction and Employees dignity.
- Develop succession plan in all areas to fully satisfy talent requirements.
- Continually communicate with External & Internal Customers and/or Commercial Leaders on issues representing supply or quality concerns.
- Work with local communities presence to enhance business networking and relations, including government and philanthropic societies.
- Additional duties assigned by management.
What we look for
- College graduate with degree in Engineering, Business Management or an equivalent technical field education.
- 10 years of manufacturing experience with at least 5 of those years leading Operations.
- Desired – 5 years people management and extended experience using Lean Manufacturing Tools on daily basis.
- Knowledge and experience in world class manufacturing systems (i.e. JCMS, TPS, etc.) and its techniques required to implement on a sustained manner
- Strategic & Tactical thinking balance
- Excellent communication and people skills
