In turn, the university is committed to supporting its employees as they develop their careers and enrich their lives.nnThe Talent Acquisition Project Manager - Pinnacle (Fixed-Term) is a new position that will utilize specialized recruiting knowledge and skills to facilitate and support organizational changes associated with implementing a new ERP system (Oracle Fusion), including changes to recruiting processes, programs, services, expectations and training. This position requires a combination of expert talent acquisition experience, project management experience, training, and a business-level understanding of ERP systems and systems implementation. The Talent Acquisition Project Manager will report directly to the Assistant Vice President, Talent Acquisition.nnSpecific areas of responsibility include:nnProgram and process design: working with schools and units across Stanford to understand their current talent acquisition processes and gaps and creating both training, process, and systems solutions.nnStakeholder and change management: socializing changes, understanding barriers and developing change plans for addressing barriers. Creating custom templates and communication tools.nnSkillbuilding and training: Collaborate with the change management team to design and implement all training on recruiting programs and processes for HR and hiring managers. Implement through training and support the recruiting best practices (i.e., forming interview teams that support diversity, automated interview question library and evaluation form) for hiring managers and interview team members.nnMetrics & reporting: Establish recruiting metrics and dashboard for tracking progress for the change as well as recruiting outcomes. Work with the recruiting workstream team to develop standardized metrics and reporting for recruiting in Oracle Fusion.nnThis is a hybrid work arrangement (a combination of onsite and work from home). The number of days may occasionally fluctuate subject to business needs, but the expectation is that this position will be onsite a minimum of 2 days/week, typically Tuesdays and Wednesdays. The onsite work location is Stanford Redwood City Campus, 505 Broadway, Redwood City, California but travel to the Stanford Campus, Stanford, California may be required at times.
