- Oversee daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, ordering, inventory.
- Maintain cleanliness and food sanitation requirements.
- Solve problems and create preventative solutions.
- Assist in kitchen maintenance and upkeep.
- Lead the kitchen team in a positive, encouraging environment
- Provide training, direction, guidance and performance feedback to staff.
