• Oversee daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, ordering, inventory.
• Maintain cleanliness and food sanitation requirements.
• Solve problems and create preventative solutions. 
• Assist in kitchen maintenance and upkeep.
• Lead the kitchen team in a positive, encouraging environment
• Provide training, direction, guidance and performance feedback to staff.
