We are currently hiring a well qualified Kitchen Manager with a passion for production, running a strong brigade and with an unrelenting dedication to consistency of execution in the kitchen.  Previous experience and passion for all things Italian is A+.  The ideal candidate will have previous experience with:
 - Ordering and pars
 - Hiring training and leadership
 - Management of the cleanliness of the kitchen
 - Expoing on a daily basis
 - POS organization
 - Cost control
