We have a great staff to resident ratio that allows us to provide exceptional care to our residents while having a good work/life balance.nnThere are On-Call positions available.nnNurse responsibilities:nnDisplays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.nnWorks to coordinate, oversee, and provide resident-related care.nnAdministers medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response.nnManages medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.nnDocuments care using computerized medication administration and charting software.nnNotifies Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary.nnNurse requirements:nnMust have a current Iowa RN or LPN license and be in good standing.nnMust have CPR certification or willing to obtainnnExperience in Long Term Care preferred.nnMust have strong communication and organizational skills.nnSelf-starter with a desire to be a part of a team.nnLocation: Newton Village is a part of Cassia.
